Our system allows me to customize a search that fits your criteria and send your results to you via email on a regular basis. The first response will have more results and as more listings fall into your parameters, they too will be sent your way; whether it is a new listing, the prices was changed or it was one put back on the market. I can set it up so that you are updated as soon as the MLS is updated or have it send any new/changed listings to you in a 24 hr time period.

I will be able to provide you information on any listings offered within our MLS database, whether it be offered by myself, my office or any other participating offices in the MLS.

Once any of the prospective properties are of interest to you, I can personally show you the property and answer any questions you may have. If I do not have the answer, I will get the answer for you.
